Which color looks better?

Monique, on August 10, 2019 at 7:02 PM Posted in Planning 0 23
Our wedding colors are red gold and ivory. I tried to make our program reflect those colors but it’s hard to find a full gold color without it looking dull. I settled on a red with a gold ish color and have been asking the opinions of my bridesmaids/family. My mom likes the red and gold ish color. My sister thinks it should be a neutral color like the grey. I have a bridesmaid who also likes the red and gold ish color. What are your thoughts? Red and gold or red and neutral? Or do you have a color recommendation? Please help with the final decision. 😀

How about more of a burgundy red to make the gold pop?
Or add another color for a contrast?

Definitely the first one. The second is a little hard on the eye to read imo.

First one for sure. The second is hard to focus on with the brightness.

Another vote for the first option. The second is very bright and, I imagine, harder to read.

Definitely the neutral. You could go for a pale gold/beige if you wanted a little more color. The second looks nice on screen, but if ANY light is shining on the paper it's going to be blinding and hard to read.

First one looks more elegant and doesn't draw away from the writing. I feel the gold is too distracting

I agree, the first one is my favorite. The neutral gives it that wedding feel!
