Where will your children sit?

I agree. Your wedding is not just about you two becoming husband and wife, but all of you becoming a family. I think you should include her at the head table.

My step son will be at our parents' table. Were having a sweetheart table so that was the next best option.

I agree with Jesse's Girl. If I didn't have to mindful of FH's grown children's feelings (and with the way they are behaving towards FH at this time, the ONLY reason why I'm taking the higher road with their feelings is because of him), my boys who are 10 & 6 would be sitting with us as well. We are having a sweetheart table as well, so they will be sitting with my parents at their table. But you bet your sweet butts that if his kids don't come, my boys WILL be sitting with us!!!

We are still deciding... If my kids 14 and 6 yrs old do not sit with us they will sit with our parents. I am putting the parents at a table together. It will be my mom, my step-dad. My step-mom and her date, FH mom and dad. If my kids do not sit with them then FH grandma and his 1 aunt who helps care for his grandma will sit with the parents.

I'm 99% positive that my daughter would rather sit with Grammy and her big cousin...so that's where she will be. Sweet heart table for us though!

My son will be sitting with us. This table will also have both sets of parents, grandparents and a few members of the wedding party.

Unless you are paying someone to watch her, she should sit with you. People might want to enjoy the wedding and relax and not be in charge of a child for the night, even if they love her.

I agree ladies thank you. She's our only baby so I don't see an issue with having her at our table. Our Parents will all be sitting together so if she wants to sit with them that won't be an issue either. My mom thinks I'll be overwhelmed and I'm like "Mom? Hello! I'm a Mother at all times" my wedding doesn't change that lol. She's just trying to be helpful and make sure we enjoy our day, but my daughter is a huge part of it also.

We are having a sweetheart table. Our daughter (5) and son (1) will be sitting with my parents. Which is right by the bridal party...my sisters included so they should be good lol. Plus they will be coming to us I'm sure and I plan on through out the reception.

Last month at my cousin's wedding, his 4 year old daughter kinda flitted around the room...starting off with her grandparents and then going up to see her mom and dad at the head table and then to an aunt...she was every where and loved it!

So my son is not sitting with us because I'm not sure I will have enough time during dinner to ensure he eats his. He will likely sit with his grandmother.

We are leaving it up in the air. our 1.5 yr old will either sit with us at our sweet heart table or with our parents(which he probably will prefer). I'm not trying to predict a 1.5 yr old during a long day like that lol
