Where to sell stuff?

Courtney, on July 29, 2018 at 2:26 PM Posted in Planning 0 11

Hi everyone!

I ...ahem...over purchased.

I have several unused items, great condition that I would prefer to sell rather than have sit in my closet/ donate.

I have posted on Facebook Marketplace and WeddingBee. Any other sites that see traffic? I know there are loads of sites, but I am looking for something that sees a lot of users.

Any help is appreciated!!

Besides Marketplace on facebook, look for wedding groups on facebook in your city and join them. Stuff does not last long in the groups I’m a part of. One of the groups I’m in is ‘brides on a budget _(insert city_’. So look for groups like that! It may take a minute to be accepted if it’s a closed group.

You might what to check out some local shops near you. I know of at least two shops near my home town that buy used wedding or even house decor and sell it for you but they also get a profit of course for selling it for you.

There are a ton of Facebook groups you can post on like the pp said. Try (your state) Wedding Swap Shop, (your state) Brides to Be Swap & Sell, and stuff like that.

    Hey Nicole! I can't post here...against terms.

Could I post the Craigslist ad link? Does anyone know?

I could email it to you?

Mercari is a great resell app! I use it all the time. There is tons of wedding stuff for sale on there.

Nothing is returnable at this point. Yard sale after the wedding maybe!
