Your shower registry shouldn't be lingerie. It should just be a regular registry like target, bed bath and beyond, Amazon, etc

Generally, home goods for bridal/wedding registry, I suppose you could register for a bachelorette party, though I don't know if that's common....

Same wedding and shower registry should be stuff you need for your home.

Wow! I never knew that. I have been to quite a few bridal showers and it was always been lingerie or naughty things.

OP, that's probably because friends of that bride or the BMs didn't buy off the registry but decided to get something sexy for the bride for her honeymoon.

There typically isn't a separate registry for your bridal shower because you wouldn't want your great aunt Jane to be buying you a sexy lace thong for your shower ( unless your aunt is super cool and with it)
