Where to put favors?

I'm displaying on a cake table that way it doesn't take up that much extra space

I'm doing it at the place setting but our favors are edible also

Well I'm doing shot glasses so I think i will have them at the bar (it's large). I am slightly worried about the drinkers taking multiple so we shall see.

I did each place setting and it worked really well.

I think at the place settings would be nice. I'm doing a popcorn bar where they can make their own bag of popcorn to take home from various flavors. So mine will be set out on a seoarate table after dinner is served.

I am leaning towards putting them at each place setting

I like when we place the favors somewhere else other then the table. Only because it's gets to be very busy with flatware, china, glasses......most times we will place them on a table in the cocktail area that the guests can get thru the night. Most grab them on way out. Of course if they are koozies then they go on the bar.

@futurefigi, hopefully your bartenders won't give shots. You can let them know that you don't want that. It never ends well.....(I. Bartend each weekend at a wedding venue.)

Always at the place setting

I will probably put them with or near the cake, since it is candy. But I love the place settings photos.

We had them at each place setting! Guests might forget about them if they're on a separate table.

I've read a few articles saying they should be separate so its a "parting gift" at the end of the night. I have been to weddings where its both and doesn't really matter. We are displaying our since we are doing infused liquor with 3 different favors, so we want our guests to choose theirs.

That's cute! For yours inwould put them at each place setting to make sure everyone gets one. I'm just having peppermint patties and there will be more than the # of guests so I will probably put them in bowls at the guestbook table

Ours will be at each place setting. We don't have a great place to put them at the venue other than the place setting.

We had a long table at the entrance, we used it for favors, card box and signatures. Those favors are small enough that I think you could have them at the table and it not be too crowded. They're super cute by the way!

As a guest, I'd be mor likely to take/eat the favor if it were at my seat. Might forget or miss it otherwise...

We are doing honey favors as well and are leaning toward putting them at each place setting.

Hmmm now you have me wondering. I guess it depends. If tables have room set one at each spot but if table is small then just have a table for favors
