Where to get Welcome Bag items

Idk what exactly you plan on putting in them but snacks or any edibles from Costco/BJ's/Sams Club?

I got my bags from Amazon (maybe $10-12 for 10 bags, but there's cheaper options available) and plan on getting the other items from Sam's Club. (We haven't bought the items to go inside yet so I can't tell you price per bag. I'd assume maybe $15-ish per? I genuinely have no idea.) I guess it depends on what items you plan on putting in the bags, but bulk stores are probably your best bet. Also Oriental Trading has a wedding section on their website.

I bought by welcome boxes from an Etsy shop called PreppingParties. They came with customized labels and matching itineraries. I bought the majority of the items in bulk from Amazon, though a few things I bought from a local grocery store and Walmart. The total came around to $20-25 per box (including the box, label and itineraries). My welcome boxes included:

- caramel popcorn

- chili lime peanuts

- cookies

- granola bars

- ponytail holders

- chapstick

- makeup remover wipes

- 2 bottles of water

- a hangover kit that included Advil, Emergen-C, Shout wipes, bandaids, mouthwash, mints and a granola bar.

The boxes were placed in each guest's room before arrival along with an itinerary, a card addressed specifically to that guest and a bottle of wine.

I love Etsy, too! What kind of stuff did you find for gift bags there? I've seen stuff like beer koozies (spelling?) and sunglasses, which are cute and fun, but what did you like?

I plan on getting things at Costco. I'll get water, some snacks, and I'll probably print out a timeline of things such as when the shuttle bus will be picking up & dropping off.
