The price will depend on what factors you want included in that price, is that only for venue rental, or are you picturing that including more amenities and services? Is there a style of venue you're leaning towards?

Have you looked into the JAM catering venues? We are getting married at the Welkinweir Estate in the fall which is a beautiful arboretum! JAM has different options for their catering, we picked the bistro menu to keep it less expensive. They have good add-on options as well so you can really customize what you want and not have to pay for what you don't want. This was a little overwhelming to look at first, but has been really nice while selecting our menu. Additionally JAM catering is BYOB so you don't have to pay a set alcohol price per head, which can get expensive.
