Where to get greenery headpieces?

Stephanie, on September 6, 2020 at 11:06 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 1 13

I've searched Etsy, but I feel most look so face. I'm looking for mostly greenery, eucalyptus looks nice. My wedding colors are dusty blue & sage.

This is the vibe I'm going for, just no pink:

Are you hiring a florist to do bouquets/boutonnières? If so, I’d show them what you’re looking for and see how much they would charge for a few extra prices if eucalyptus. From the angle it’s kind of hard to tell, but the inspiration picture looks like they just tucked stems into the braid and maybe secured them with pins.

Thanks everyone! I honestly wasn't sure if asking the florist would be weird or not LOL. I thought people used fake florals for their hair but I will for sure ask them!

You can totally use fake or even dried florals. If that’s what you want, I’d look at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby so you can see and feel them. It’s definitely not weird to ask your florist though 😉!

You can ask a florist or request a custom order on Etsy from a vendor you're interested in.

Check with your florist! If you’re okay with doing fake I would check with amazon or michaels

My florist recommended ordering fake flowers on etsy, but I really wanted real ones, so she brought a little jar of loose ones for me to use and I just stuck them in with Bobby pins shortly before the ceremony started. It still looked fresh at the end of the night. She also left us the extra greenery from the arch so we could do whatever we wanted with it. Where to get greenery headpieces? 2

Nice! Yeah I think real one's just look way better than the fake ones I see on Etsy. I'm planning on doing a half up do, braided. And want the flowers tucked into the brade sort of like Rapunzel, but I have short brown hair haha!
