Amazon! Same thing happened to me with for the ballet color at David’s bridal. Men’s warehouse didn’t even have a match. Searched for reviews on matching ties for the color and stumbled across a review on amazon. Try amazon, they literally have everything lol but always read reviews!

I wouldn’t call them “cheap” but we used knottie tie company. I wasn’t having any luck finding the right color tie for FH and any of the usual places either so we found knotty tie... they’ve got zillions of designs and patterns to choose from and will make them in any color you can find that even match specifically to David’s bridal colors or azazie...

Knotty Tie Co! Our colors were very hard to find in matching ties as well. They pull color swatches from several popular bridal shops including David's. You can create and customize as much as you please.

I second Knotty Tie. They sent you a color sample chart, and we were able to match the bridesmaid dresses exactly. They also have the most amazing designs. Love them.
