One of David's Bridal's designers came out with a gorgeous Boho line in the fall, my dress is from it. Go to your local salon and try some on!

I’d look into boutique bridal shops near you. Or boutiques on the west coast, since boho is pretty popular there. I remember the boutique I bought from would post a few boho looks on their IG story once in a while, but am not sure of the designers... maybe Moonlight Bridal or Made with Love? I’m on the east coast and boho just isn’t very popular here, so the shops here don’t carry a lot of those looks.

I'd google it. I had to do a lot of googling to find my ruched waist, capped off the shoulder look. There are a ton of websites that have the boho look. chicboho is the first one that comes to mind as this was my first choice when I started my dress shopping. Additionally check Amazon, they have great prices and even saw the dresses that caught your attention at reasonable prices.

Bhldn.com had a few dresses like these! I ordered my dress from there and it fits so well but did need to have it altered just slightly to fit to my curves. No major alterations.
