Where to find burgundy suits?

The reason you can't find them is because it is simply not a classic look. No man who has to wear a suit to work can choose burgundy.

ETA Macy's has this burgundy dinner jacket for $73 right now. They could wear black dress pants with it.

My man of honor is wearing one, I called every single suit store in a 20 mile radius and only three had burgundy options and only one of those had the shade I was looking for. I'd just start calling around to nonchain formalwear stores.

A friend suggested checking out the Fabric District in Philly. I'm not looking for a suit, just pants at the moment. Considering it - but probably won't go that route.

My fiancé came across the same problem for our wedding. He ended ordering this suit off of amazon and it is actually great! It's true to color and pretty slim, plus it's not overly expensive. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Hi there, I highly doubt you'll be able to rent these.

Two of my bridesmaids are wearing burgundy men's suits and we had a hell of a time finding them. We ended up going the custom suit route. I honestly think you're good for starting to look now. With the fall clothes starting to come out it might be you best bet to get them this season.

To Kate who mentioned hesitating to ask someone to buy a suit like this and wondered who would be wearing them...one individual is an attendant for my daughter who is more comfortable in a suit than a dress, and the other is my son who will be walking me down the aisle. I am buying them both.

The groomsmen are going to be in blue...the bride's attendants in burgundy. Hence the need for the burgundy suit for the attendant, and my son in burgundy as it is my daughter's wish that he be a part of the wedding to walk me down the aisle in a color coordinating with her attendants. Since one is going to be in a suit, she thought her brother should wear the same or similar suit.

I understand the idea that we have 8 months before needing these, but if they are so elusive I don't feel I can wait that long to start finding them.

My FH is wearing a burgundy tux jacket and black pants for our wedding. We originally ordered a couple of burgundy suits from ASOS but they weren't the right shade of burgundy so I ended up getting his tux from Groupon actually. I love Asos's customer service. @Soon2Be2017 - Have you purchased any dresses from Asos? I'm really loving their bridal party selection (petite, tall, maternity). I may just buy a dress for one of my ladies, and see how it fits if returns are that easy.

ASOS was pretty run of the mill online ordering to us. Average all the way around, which isn't a bad thing at all. The suit needed a little tailoring, but was pretty true to size. Accommodating a woman's chest might take more tailoring depending.

We're renting burgundy suits from Friar Tux...not sure if one is located near you but they look great!

Do you have access to a Friar tux? They have burgundy there.
