Where to buy bulk plates??

Every post I've found on where to get bulk plates is from 5+ years ago, so here is goes...

Does anyone know where to get bulk plates, preferably in a modern style? I'm finding it impossible to look on ebay because everyone has different size lots, so I can't just search for 100 plates, because I might miss out on someone selling 97 or on another person selling a lot of 118, etc. And all the bulk restaurant stores I've found aren't as cheap as I thought they would be!

Just a plain white plate would be great too! But this is my inspiration:

I'm worried about the dollar tree plates because I've read that they can have lead in them, and the Ikea $1 plates have a weird texture if that makes any sense and almost seem like their made of plastic.

I feel so positive that I can find something like this for $2/plate, but so far I'm just totally striking out. Any help would be so appreciated!!

I've been looking at webstaurantstore.com just quickly did some math 24 case of 8 inch round plates is 57.67 or 2.40 a plate.. trying to see if they have anything like the picture.

what size?

Renting them isn't an option? Some places rent for as little at $1/plate. If you can pick up the rentals then they don't charge for delivery. Then you aren't stuck with 100 dirty plates after the wedding.

I bought 125 piece set of heavy plastic white with rose gold trim plates, dessert plates and silverware (25 pieces each) from Amazon. It lools just as good in person as it does in the picture. You can get the sets with cups too and other colors. I've included a pic of mine and the white ones.

UHG i wan to use these plates soooo MUCH, but in laws requested real plates... ::eye roll::
I still have some time so I am going to try and do some convincing.

Yikes, well still try amazon. Although I've bought bowls and mugs from the dollartree and they still look good.

these are 9 3/4 inch for 2.25 a plate... think 11 inch will be a little bit more, but if you are just looking for real and don't care to much about that look you might be able to. These I found in "platters" not under plates.

Have you considered Melamine... I believe its like a thick plastic that looks like real china?
