Where to buy artificial flowers??

TheHamWhites, on July 20, 2017 at 4:44 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 2 22

Hi everyone!

I'm doing artificial flowers (my FH is allergic to real flowers) and I'm not sure where to start looking? With my work schedule it's easier to order online. Just wondering where the best deals are?? These would be for my centerpieces Smiley smile

Thanks!

    Ecoflower

    Etsy

    Afloral

    Hobby lobby

    Michaels

Orientaltrading (not 100% sure you will get what you are looking for)

    Are you planning DIY?

Wish and LightInTheBox are two other sites where you can find budget-friendly options, but research them thoroughly first, as I am not sure how dependable they are.

ETA: Amazon has good options for bouquets. I got mine here.

I've used every site that A M. has suggested for my wedding and haven't had any issues.

There is a local business in my city that serves as a floral ship but only uses artificial flowers.

Do not use ecoflower. Check out the facebook group Ecoflower screwed me over. I had placed probably 10 orders from them, and then the woman who owned the business sold it and its gone to crap.

She actually opened a new company called Sola Wood flowers, and they are amazing. Disclaimer, they don't do bouquets, so I'd only recommend this if you're looking to DIY

EcoFlowers! I know some people have had negative experiences with them but I've ordered multiple things and have never had an issue

We used Aforal for a TON of them. We also scoured local flower shops & got some silk flowers for decent prices!

IMO it depends on the type of flower and color. I bought hydrangeas at Pier 1, roses and ranunculus at Jo-Anns and fillers at Michael's.

Personally I wouldn't order silk flowers off line as it's hard to tell the colors and if they will be the right match. After I had a color swatch for my BM dresses I choose my flowers from Michaels, JoAnnes and hobby lobby. I got some really good deals too! Buy on sale and with coupons. Everything matches perfectly and I'm really happy with how my flowers turned out. Some silk flowers have a scent... not sure if this would also be a problem for your FH?

Thanks everyone!! I think I found some on Afloral Smiley smile

I'm just looking for white hydrangeas so the color shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks for the help ! Y'all never fail to help Smiley smile

Afloral.com try to get sales, but their flowers are the best that I've seen and much better than any other store I've been to. Worth the money.

So glad I found this thread!! I have the same issue! I've been looking at Hobby Lobby, but even when they're 50% off it's still going to be around $400!
