Woohoo! I'm SCRAMBLINGGGGG. My original dress is too big so I'm struggling with alterations. My backup dress still needs some work. I'm nervous. Everything else is done. I just have to continue practicing my hair and makeup.

OOOOO the dress is so stressful. Mine somehow did not get hemmed where it was marked, so I have to take it back for a second round of alterations because I literally cannot walk in it without tripping. Not cool. That's awesome that you have everything else done! I'm hoping to knock out the majority of my outstanding projects this weekend!

Seriously so excited and a little nervous now at this point. The last few months have gone by so quickly, and looking at everything left that's coming up, I have a feeling August will too! I don't have too much left to get done though, thankfully. Just last minute touches! Smiley smile

We’ve only had a 6 month engagement so its been a rush from the start for me. Lots of little projects to finish still. FH has to pick up his clothes from the tailor. I need to try my dress on again because I’ve gained and then lost again. I need to be sure it will zip and button comfortably. In the next few days I’m going to go through the boxes of decor and kinda take inventory and make sure I have everything and write out of a list of what each box contains so set up will go smoothly. I have to finish my aisle signs. Pay off the last of the vendors and check in with them on a few last minute things. It’s seriously crunch time but the most important things are that we have our marriage license and our officiant so if nothing goes right, that is all we need.

This past weekend I was able to find my "emergency" dress since I found myself without one with 30 days to go! I also finished up our music playlist for the reception, since we are piping in our own music at our brunch wedding. We are picking up our marriage license on Thursday. I have my hair apt to get extensions this Friday so I can learn how to manage them and get used to the extra weight, I have my nail apts all lined up the week before the wedding, the only other apt I need to schedule is my waxing apt and I am all ready! I am trying not to jump the gun and start packing for the honeymoon but I really really want to. 25 more days!!!

Still need to figure out processional order, music list for dj, pay final invoices 😩, finish diy stuff like tying twine on bubbles, finish writing my vows, and GET GROOMSMEN suits and shoes. They still haven't ordered, but luckily they are getting from a department store.

    Everything else is accounted for.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!! I am trying so hard not to be the Bridezilla but people are not cooperating. My FH keeps reminding me that it is not my problem and that I can sit in my dressing room until I hear the Shofar and waltz out without a care in the world. But really, if one more person says I didn't RSVP but I will be there...I will scream! NO YOU WON"T. I have a good friend at the door and local law enforcement inside. Also, I did not lose the 10 pounds I wanted to so I am juicing and that is probably making me irritable (no meat)!! My eldest (bossy) sister is arriving a week before the wedding............why??????????????? I have not spoken to my maid of honor since April. She told my sister that I needed time to process.....what does that even mean????? Do I sound stressed? I trying not to be the universe appears to be conspiring against me. Thank God for my FH: his cool, calm, and collected and helps me to do the same whenever I am in his presence.........how did the last 26 days become the busiest???? We will probably sleep the first two days of the honeymoon!

Soo stressed at this point! I thought we had everything covered and all this little stuff has popped up. All of our groomsmen had to buy new vests because they didn't have a size big enough for one of them and half of them needed different pants because they had the wrong fit. Our hotel has been horrible. They would only hold our rooms until 2 months before our date and wouldn't give us anymore on our block even though we told them from the beginning we would need 40+ rooms. Our shuttle company wouldn't get back to us until today finally. We've been trying to firm up our information with them for 2 months.

    Hi guys!

I too am SUPER nervous but SO excited! The biggest thing right now is organizing everything that I’ve gotten for the wedding so I can see what can be crossed off the list and what little things still need to be bought. My dad and I are doing an 80s hip hop dance for our father/daughter dance and I can’t wait! I guess rehearsing that will be the last big project!! Smiley smile Good luck ladies!!!

    3. An attire-emergency plan.

"You never know what is going to happen with buttons and zippers." That means everything from your wedding gown to your groom's tuxedo and even your flower girl's tutu are at risk for an accident.

It is a good idea to have an emergency sewing kit for all clothing-related catastrophes. In addition to a needle, fabric glue, stain remover, safety pins, extra buttons, and the like, be sure to stick dental floss, not thread. "Dental floss is better than thread at repairing a wedding dress," "And, if you have had some major alterations on the dress, it is important to treat that dress like the delicate flower it now is. Do not tug. Do not think it is indestructible." A back up dress saves some of the stress.

My groomsmen still haven't ordered their suits and suits either. It is giving me anxiety! How do you deal?

I am freaking out. The whole planning process was smooth until the RSVP deadline passed and I have guests constantly asking me to for plus 2 or 3, lol or bring their children (adults only wedding). I am just afraid people are going to show up that was not invited. I keep telling families members that this is a wedding not a family reunion. But besides that I am doing some decor purchases and finalizing plans with all the vendors.

Currently I am Finalizing music selections and wedding day timeline. Also trying to firm up RSVP list to keep costs down. I’m ready for this all to be over already. I am sick of thinking about everyone else. The detail stuff is the most frustrating. My mom is mad at me so I doubt she is coming at all. Still deciding on the type of guestbook. Need to put ribbons on bells and decide on favors or no favors. I don’t want to spend another dime honestly!
