The above, and also, if you have a Five Below in your area, try there. I literally have about 6 of their pashmina-style scarves, and I love them. They come in lots of colors, feel way more expensive than they are, and they are only $5. Looove them! I have white, green, blue, purple, red and pink. They colors are great too, not cheap looking. The blue is a royal blue, the white is creamy, the red is a slightly burgundy red. They are awesome!

I am not sure of the black friday sales this year but last year Old Navy put their fleece scarfs on sale for $1 each and they are very nice scarfs

I had to fight the crowd but left out of there with over $20 for myself and christmas gifts
