Check The Groomsmen Suit! They will send fabric swatches and I’m pretty sure one of the blues they sent me was very similar to this!
Our guys got their suits from The Groomsmen Suit and I have noting but positive things to say about them!!

I found the groom’s suit at Macy’s online. Same/similar color, Kenneth Cole.

Lighting, editing, etc all affect how clothes look in photos so I wouldn't get too focused on finding a perfect match. That color is typically called a "new navy" or "dark blue" - traditional navy is now more often referred to as "midnight navy" and is darker in color. However every brand has a specific name for a specific color (kinda like how you might buy a dress in a color called "carnation" but its a red dress). But if you go to a suit shop and say you are looking for a "new navy" or "dark blue" suit they'll understand what you are talking about.

My FH and our groomsmen are going for suits that color and they are buying them from Indochino. I think 2-piece suits start at closer to $350, but if you rent a suit the cost is about $200 at Men's Warehouse and other stores we looked at. Our groomsmen were fine with buying a suit they could wear again for a little bit more, since that color is super versatile, plus the suits are made to measure, so will be a perfect fit as opposed to rentals. Keep in mind rentals typically include a shirt and sometimes extras like ties and pocket squares, whereas buying a suit is just the pants, jacket, and vest (if a 3-piece), but still a suit in that color is definitely something that could be worn again.

We got ours from Perry Ellis in a very similar color and if you need more than 5 suits, there's an additional 20%off (just ask for their wedding/the knot discount). Cost around $150 each and the groommen get to keep it as well.
