Where can i find cobalt blue vases inexpensive

I am not sure if this is what you are thinking, but you could get vases from dollar tree and then spray paint them.

I've done something similar with wine bottles. It isn't clear, it is opaque. You may want to check out pinterest or youtube to see if there is an easy way to make it look the way you want it to look,

Did you check Etsy? I've purchased some cobalt blue medicine bottles from there. Not vases, but someone should have them.

You could substitute a collection of blue bottles you can get free:

Saratoga Springs glass water bottles

Schmitt Sohne Reislings

Beviamo Moscato D’Asti

Milk of Magnesia bottles

Check your local bartenders or recycling station, also thrift stores.

$4.25 a piece is actually really good if they are what you want. That would be $51 for all 12. Unless you find them in a dollar store exactly how you want them, I doubt you will find much better.
