I am printing my own invitations and I went to Michael's. You can always find coupons in the Sunday edition of the Dallas Morning News (coupon section). I had a coupon for 50% off and found some really nice print-your-own invitations and paid about $40 for 100 invitations. These kits come with envelopes and response cards w/ envelopes. Another suggestion might be www.AnnsBridalBargains.com--I found some great deals on invitations here. I know you said you were looking for paper and envelopes, but I thought I'd share what I was doing and it is worth checking out! Hope this helps...

Did you look on ebay? I found tons of stuff for my wedding there & if you bid instead of doing the buy now feature you can get some really super bargains.

Try papermojo.com, lcipaper.com, and invitationoutlet.com. Try googling things like "bulk" or "wholesale" cardstock... I hope that helps you out. If you need sites for cheap invitation folders let me know.. I spent hours looking for all this stuff.

Are you in Chicago? There is an Xpedx paper warehouse on Addison and Kimball... and I think one in a northern suburb. Xpedx sells paper to professional printers and designers (like me) as well as walk-in customers, and you'll find nice ecru and ivory cardstock and envelopes as well as ome metallics. While there are deals to be had online, it is nice to be able to see and touch the paper before you decide. Also, they sell lots of their stock in reams or by the sheet (10-15 cents I think). Check xpedxstores.com for a location near you.

I got my cardstock on http://paperandmore.com/. It was a great price, quick and super cheap shipping (only $3.99 on orders over $15), and they will send you samples (for a small fee), too!

There is always Sam's club or any other place that sells in bulk.

I did all my programs and got the cardstock from here:

You get bulk of any color you want for very good prices. I think I paid 17.00 for 500 sheets.

Well if you want a basic color you can get a ream of cardstock from Kinkos for like 8 bucks. Smiley smile
