Where can I find bridal gown jackets / bolero's?

Hi All,

I'm hoping to find a place in the Boston area (or online) that sells bridal boleros: something lacy I can wear on top of my strapless dress to give the dress a different look for the ceremony, which I'll remove for the reception.

My dress is a classic strapless dark ivory satin and the color isn't easy to match, so I'm hesitant to order online from any shop which doesn't have an easy return policy. Tulip Bridal (aka: Alex Bridal on Etsy) is a no-go for me, due to their strict return policy, and the rest of the bolero-selling websites I've found are based in China (also a no-go for me). Needless to say, brick-and-mortar shops are preferred, but I have already gone to several near me and none of them carry jackets/ bolero's in the store.

Did you try davids? I bought mine at the one in Natick last year and they had a ton of lace ones.

Tulip bridal. Never ordered from here, but was looking at them before I found my dress and didn't need one. They're really pretty and looks like they're having a lot on sale right now

I got mine from DB online, one they only sell online. Unfortunately the shades of white are slightly off, but i don't think its that big of a deal and something hopefully only I will notice.

Ah dang, I looked it up and now it is on sale for half of what I paid for it, wish I had waited! :/

You could try the dress manufacturer to see if the offer bolero jackets. Mine came with the dress and I wore it all day.

If you cant find one to match your shade of Ivory I would finding the nearest match and then placing a scattered element on the jacket that is closer to your dress. A rhinestone or something.
