When to send out Rsvps during pandemic

My fiancé and I are 95% sure we will follow through with our July 25th wedding. The governor of our state, one of the states that wasn’t hit too bad, said he will make an announcement May 4th about when we can expect large gatherings to be back in order. If we are needing people to reply to RSVPs by July 1st when do you think I should send them out? I haven’t ordered them yet due to fear of having to postpone...I also think that it is too soon to send them out since people are still fearful.

I'm in NH and we are waiting until after the Gov's announcement on the 4th to make any decisions.

Also, you might want to consider including a wedding website URL where you can post updates if you decide to mail out invites but maybe have to cut guest list or postpone later

I have the same date... haven't postponed yet. My venue seems confident yet I do not. I was thinking that I would send them 6 weeks before the date at the very latest (I need the final counts 2 weeks prior). I'm holding out as long as possible in case there are some developments. I realize it will be a quick turn around, but everyone got a save the date and we have a wedding website that we will set up RSVP through. If we are sticking with this date we will put a card in there to keep an eye on the wedding website and put in an email when RSVP'ing. Less than 100 invited so I'm not too considered about getting responses one way or another.

I’d order them soon after May 4th once your decision is made and then send them out the first or second week of June.
