When to send out invitations

I am getting married June 3, 2023. When would be a good time to send out the invitations? Most of our guests are coming from out of town, so I want them to have plenty of time to either get a hotel room and/or flights.

    Invitations should go out between 6-8 weeks before the wedding-- no sooner than April. You could send or email Save the Dates to let people know ahead of time.

    6-8 weeks prior to the wedding is plenty of time especially since you sent out save the dates.

    Hey there!! Date twins! I sent out save the dates first week of October to all the out of state guests and plan to send invites around Valentine's day. Asking for RSVP of April 1st

    Invitations sent too early are problematic because people forget to RSVP since it's a long time away. 6-8 weeks is plenty of time. If you're concerned about VIP's and hotels, you've already sent the STD. A quick text or phone call isn't out of line either.

    I am in the same boat. We just bought a house and have had a whirlwind year, and June is coming pretty quickly. Just really trying not to panic!
