When to order attire for Groom

My fh and I began browsing around back in February for our December wedding. He ended up not liking anything and wants to go with a tux online. The site is called menguin. We probably won’t put his actual order in until October.

We started looking about 6-8 months out. My FH out in his measurements, selected the style, and put down a deposit. About a month out he can go back in, finalize his measurements and his order.

My husband bought his suit 6 months before our wedding at a chain store in NYC called Porta Bella.

I think an important point here is to think of how frequently your FH switches sizes. Some people tend to be the same size for years and some others (usually people on diets and workout routines to either gain or lose weight) tend to have a fluctuating weight.

In our case, we didn't buy a new suit my husband wore a tuxedo I got him almost 2 years before our wedding and he looked great in it.

So if your FH's weight doesn't tend to change frequently you can absolutely get it now.
