Our wedding is on a tight budget, we do not have servers and it will be buffet style. Ceremony starts at 5 ends about 5 30 then photographs are being taken and guests will go in the reception then wedding party will be introduced then first dance, then food but what I'm trying to figure out is when do I have the food brought in by the caterer?

Your caterer should have the answer to your question. Is the caterer staying to take care of the food?
