When to get nails done?

I'm doing my Saturday morning; my rehearsal is Saturday night and the wedding on Sunday. I don't have anything major happening before the rehearsal dinner, so it worked out

I'm getting married on a Friday. { Oct 19th} We are doing the rehearsal the Wednesday before. So I'm getting my nails done that morning.

My wedding is Saturday the 27th I’m getting my nails done Thursday evening. Friday is our rehearsal.

You'll be fine getting them done 2 days before. Dont over think it lol. I just got my nails done like an hour ago at the place that is going to do them for my wedding. I had a similar conversation with the nail tech and I will probably get my nails done that Wednesday morning and I'll be getting married on a Friday but we have the rehearsal on Wednesday night and then a confirmation on that Thursday (ugh lol)

I had my nails done in a French manicure style on Thursday night for my Saturday evening wedding. I had to do lots of setting up of tables, chairs, etc in between and my nails were 100% fine! Now almost a week later they're still perfect. Yay gel polish!

At least a couple days before so they're still freshly done

My wedding is on Sunday, and I am planning to do mine on friday (before all my OOT guests start arriving)

Getting mine done on Tuesday for our Friday wedding. We are traveling Thursday so Wednesday will be packing. They'll be fine for a few days.

I’m getting married on Saturday and I just did mine today! I always paint my own nails so I just did them myself.

I got mine done the day before. You’d be fine getting them done two days before. It really won’t make a difference.

My wedding was on Saturday and I got mine done Friday morning.

You received some great feedback in this thread. Whatever is the least stress for you, prior to the big day, is the best option! Your nails will definitely hold up in this time frame!

My wedding is on a Sunday and I am having my nails done Saturday after FH and I part ways until wedding. So probably early evening. I dont want him to see any part of my look until I walk down that aisle.

I got my nails...well toes,(I did press- ons for my nails) the day before my wedding. My nail tech opened the shop early so that I could get in and out without any delay.

Gel polish lasts a long time. For me it lasts at least a month. I got my nails done on the Wednesday before my Saturday wedding and had gel done. It looked great for my wedding.

So I’m getting married next Friday too! Ah I can’t believe it’s already here! How did it fly by so fast?! Congrats to you both! I’m pretty sure I’m getting my nails done weds because we’ll have to bring all our stuff to the venue and the hotel Thursday morning then we have rehearsal dinner Thursday night. If you’re getting gel you’ll be set for Friday they won’t get ruined trust me I’m a hair stylist and my gems stay on for weeks. Good luck 🍀
