When to follow up with potential florist

I met with three florists last week and I'm still waiting on a quote from the third one. I liked her the best and I'm really hoping she comes with a good price but she's taking a while. I met with her last Thursday (so this most recent Thursday was a week) and she told me it was busy wedding season but she'd probably have a quote to me in about a week and if it was going to be longer than that she'd let me know. I haven't heard from her since. When would you follow up? Am I being too impatient? I really want to get this florist booking done.

I would wait until Monday or Tuesday but no longer than that then check with her to see if the quote is ready.

Thanks. I was kinda leaning towards Monday too to let her get through any weekend weddings or events

Yeah any longer and I would start to worry that your business isn't a priority. I get she's busy but she should be able to get a quote back to you in a timely manner.
