When should the groom get his tux?

If you are planning to rent tux, your FH and groomsmen can go now and try on tux and order them. Places like men’s wearhouse have the guys to try on the tux during pickup to ensure they fit before they let the renter leave. They normally can get the updated size back in 24 hours.

We started the process in October for our December wedding. We used theblacktux.com which I highly recommend.

We are getting married April 19 and went to Men's Wearhouse the beginning of November to have FH fitted and to set up the tuxes for the groomsmen. I'd say now is a good time.

I think it depends where you go. FH is going to a small local shop owned by a friend. He doesn’t have to go until mid January and the groomsmen don’t have to go until a month before the wedding, so by February 23.

We are getting married March 23 and my fiancé has an appointment to go try on his tux is mid January they told him to come mid January and again he has to go back I believe is either the first or second week of February for his final fitting
