Hello!
So our wedding is May 26 of next year. Most guests will have to travel - we are getting married in my hometown of New Haven, and my guests are scattered everywhere from Tennessee to England and his guests are mostly from the Midwest, Colorado, and farther West (including Hawaii!). We have already sent Save the Dates, which included our website that has information on our hotel block, but I don't expect most people will book rooms until they have the invitation.
We are thinking of sending invites by the middle of March, but I'm not sure how early it is acceptable to make our RSVP date. All of our vendors require numbers 1-2 weeks out with the exception of our cupcakes which require a whole month. I'm willing to give soft number/overestimate the cupcake numbers if we need to. However, our hotel block is released April 25, so really most people will know by then if they're coming. Is April 25 or 26 too early for an RSVP date?
