When should i send welcome party invitations?

So our welcome party invitation was posted in our website since is an all white party event and I needed people to make sure they had their outfits on time.
I’m still sending invitations for it as I’m sure not everyone has check the website.
When is the time frame for it?
Party is the day before the wedding instesd of the rehearsal dinner.

We had a welcome party as well instead of a rehearsal dinner. We just put an insert with the wedding invitations.

For our welcome dinner, we used Evite and I just emailed everyone the link. You don’t have to send formal invites for that if you don’t want to.

We would also send evite I’m just wondering when is a good time. I want to give people enough time to prep for the white party but I don’t want to send it to much in advance that they’ll forget

Oh wow you sent invites extremely early. Then I would get something in the mail 8 weeks before the wedding, the normal time frame for invites. Do you need people to rsvp for it?

Is a destination wedding that’s why invited were send so in advance. I don’t really need them to rsvp since they’ll all be in the hotel regardless and I’ll know if they’ll be checking in that date or the day after. I just need them to be inform of it so they have their white outfits.
