8 weeks out is when you should send them. So sometime around June 20th would be good.
You're going to want your RSVPs before your caterer or venue need head counts plus a couple days if you have straglers. So 2 1/2 weeks is probably a good guess. So August 12th?

Invitations are usually sent 6-8 weeks ahead of time, maybe 10 weeks if you have a lot of out of town guests, especially if you didn't send out save the dates. RSVPs depend on when caterer/venue/etc need final headcounts. You also want to make sure to give yourself time after the deadline to reach out to people who didn't send back an RSVP. Personally, I set my RSVP for June 15th for my July 20 wedding. Our hotel block closes June 20th, so I wanted enough time to follow up with any out of town guests if necessary. I also wanted plenty of time to work on our table assignments (we are doing assigned tables, but not assigned seats).

Were getting married on that day too! ❤❤ We sent our invitations out like a month ago! We did it sooner bc I didnt want to do save the dates so I wanted people to have enough time to take off and figure things out.

Date twins! 😊 We are sending them out probably the second week of June (we have a good amount of out of town guests) and our invitation designer gave us a RSVP date of July 31st which gives us plenty of time to reach out to people.

We're getting married on August 10th and mailed our invitations with a RSVP date of July 10th last week. We've already received 13 rsvps back.

Following because I am wondering this too! We have about 20-30% of OOT guests on our list and didn't do save the dates (just called and emailed everyone). We are planning on putting them in the mail the second week of June for our wedding at the end of August, but I am curious to hear others' answers.

We are getting married the 24th, and I will be sending ours out a little early at the end of the month, with an RSVP date of June 24th. The reason being that I work two jobs and we have three kids and summers are notoriously slammed for us. So I wanted to give myself (and our guests) extra time to follow up on unreturned RSVPs.

I would send invitations sometime in June. Early June if you have a lot of out of town guests, late June if most of your guests are local. I’d make the RSVP date based on when you need to give your final headcount to your caterer. We made ours 1 month before the wedding which is about average, but some caterers will actually need the headcount a full month before so if that is the case you should do 6 weeks so you have time to track people down!

Send them now. If the wedding is in August. You want people to have ample time to book a hotel, flight, etc. and to make sure that they have the time- appts/work/school.

Im getting married the day after you. We ended up putting July 15th for RSVP which is probably a tad early but that gives me a week to get all my final numbers in to my venue and I've heard there are some people that dont out the response in the mail until that date.. So planning on sending out my invites the second week of June.

    Date twins!
I'm sending mine out today! August 31st is a holiday weekend so that's why we did our a little earlier then the suggested timeline.
My venue also needs meal choices by August 1st so we did an RSVP of June 20th

I went entirely against convention. I didn't send out STD's, so I sent out my initial invite months about 6 months ahead of time! I sent out a reminder about a month before the RSVP date. Everything was via e-vite though, which made things a bit easier.
