If sunset is 9:15PM when is golden hour? the hour before or the hour after?

@ashley golden hour is the hour of time just before the sun goes down when the ambient lighting is perfect for beautiful photos. There are reduced shadows as well

Hi! I literally just made an account to answer this question because I want golden hour pictures so badly and I'm getting married in Winter! (Aka, shorter days, earlier golden hour)
