    Found this online ! 💛

Something Old : Represents continuity and the existence of unbroken love.

Something New : Represents optimism for the future.

Something Borrowed : Refers to ‘Borrowed Happiness’ as a possession that once brought someone else happiness and now they are passing that happiness and cherished memories onto you.

Something Blue : Represents purity, love and fidelity.

Idk if my something old fits with the poem since my parents are long divorced but:
something old: my moms pearl bracelet from 1989
something new: dress, shoes, veil, ring, earrings
something borrowed: pearl necklace my dad bought for my stepmom for their 1 year anniversary
something blue: my garter and handkerchief

and the last part is a silver six pence in your shoe for good luck. I got one from 1934 the year my great grandparents were married. They are gone now but they were married for over 60 years.

My mom made me a pin to wear in my dress-
Something Old- my Nana’s wedding ring
Sonething New- a Pandora heart charm from my mom
Something borrowed- my moms pearl and diamond pendant my dad gave her for their 45th anniversary
Something blue-my grandmom’s angel pin that she wore all the time because it reminded her of my goddaughter/cousin who passed away when she was 5.

I think everyone cried at my shower when she gave it to me. It not only covers the poem, it represents three very strong, long love filled marriages.

Something old: My wedding ring, which NotFroofy inherited from her grandmother.

Something new: My shoes, never worn before.

Something borrowed: The kiddush cup we used for the blessing over wine, borrowed from a recently married friend.

    Something blue: My garter.

And I also had a silver sixpence in my shoe (the last line of that).

My Mom bought me this beautiful pin to put on my bouquet. On the pin is something old (an old key and an actual old six pence), something new (the pin is new for me), something borrowed (a heart pendant with the borrowed title of "Bride"), and something blue (a beautiful blue Swarovski gem charm).

Wedding in less than 3 weeks and so excited!
