Go for it! My whole wedding except for my ring is second hand, got great deals and saved so much money.

I don’t see a problem. I probably wouldn’t wear a pre-owned ring or dress from a failed marriage, but that’s it.

I think there are lots of pre-owned things you can use for your wedding. There are lots of good deals out there for those items.

I see no issue with it except I wouldn't wear a dress from someone that ended up divorced though. When one of my bridesmaids got married she worn a dress from a friend of hers who was divorced. I thought that was a bad omen. Otherwise, reusing items like signs or decor is totally fine. I was going to use the same cake platter as my brother who got married 4 months before us, but couldn't because it wasn't large enough. We ended up narrowing one from the bakery since they had one like what I wanted and it was free.

I agree with you that it depends! Things like decor are fine to me, but e-rings or wedding bands not so much

I think everything used is completely fine... aside from wedding rings. (not talking about family rings) Something about a pre-owned ring screams bad luck to me. It obviously didn't do the first owner well... lol
