What’s your main course meal?

These were our entrees

Filet, chicken Francaise and crab cake.

We are having a pig roast. So pork bbq.

We're doing just a simple rustic/country wedding... So our menu is choice of pulled pork or pulled chicken (BBQ on side), green beans, mac n cheese, & roasted parmesan red skin potatoes 🤷

Last Saturday, we had Baked 🍗, Roast Beef, Rice, Green Beans, Brown Gravy, and Rolls (6 pkgs of 36 ct for $5 at Costco).

The sides went with either meat.

Stuffed Chicken Breast or Beef Tenderloin or Veggie Lasagna with Roasted Potatoes and Summer Vegetable Medley

We actually had a family style ten course dinner. In my culture it's common. I'd want to say the stars of it were the duck course and the lobster course people look the most forward to

We are having 3 options : blackened cod, roast chicken, and shrimp.

View Quoted Comment Unfortunately I dont eat shrimp, but we are having our reception at a casino which is known for decadent seafood so it's a must! I'd always go with whatever the specialty is. Cant go wrong!

We are doing seasoned baked chicken, Asian flank steak with potatoes and seasonal veggies. We are also added an Italian pasta bar!

Braised Beef Short Ribs

Roasted Vegetable Strudel - Vegetarian Entrée

Paired with:

Grilled Asparagus

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Just take your time and pick what your favorites are but also keeping in mind your guests. Our cocktail hour is mainly seafood (we kind of felt bad about this because 2 or 3 of our guests don't eat it) but we loveeeee seafood. We did add 2 chicken options though!
