We are still getting a few things, and making final payments as we are 28 days out! Ours is in Buffalo, NY, and guest list is 130 (not an exact count as rsvps are still coming in)

Venue/catering: 11,000 (includes tables, chairs, room rental fee, 2 passed apps and a station for cocktail hour, 4 hr open bar, and 3 course meal, and late night snack)

Ceremony venue: 525 (includes set up and break down, and rehearsal, venue is naturally pretty so no cost for decorations)

    Officiant: 250 (includes rehearsal)

Photography: 3500 ( engagement photos, rights to photos on online drive, 10nhours day of coverage, 2 photographers, and a 10 by 10, 45 page album)

    DJ: 1400

    Dress: 712

Alterations: 75 (only adding some beading, its tea length so no hems)

Suit/Tux: 35 (only had to pay rental fee since we had over 6 in the party renting, the other guys paid 130 for suit which includes pants, jacket, shirt, tie, shoes, pocket square, vest, cufflinks.)

Flowers: 150 (did sola wood flowers and arranged them myself)

    Cardbox/signage/misc ribbons: 75

Handfasting cords: 30 (made our own, just bought the ribbon off amazon)

Shoes: 55 (2 pairs, heels for ceremony, and flats for reception)

Hair/makeup: 65 (only paying for hair. My SIL is a makeup artist and doing the makeup for the wedding and is not charging me as part of a gift, otherwise its 130 for both)

Food day of: 130 (lunch for girls and guys while getting ready)

Bridal party gifts: 300 (for 11 people, we bought like it was their bday, ordered off Amazon etc)

Cake: 400 (maybe less after counts are in, we did cupcakes and a small cutting cake)

Rings: 1000 (mine was 900, his is probably going to be around 100)

    Invitations: 160

Hotel Suite: 250 (first night is 50 for the suite and we paid for the night before)

Total as of now: 20, 112. Hoping to stay under 22k. Which we think is doable. Our parents are helping us with the reception cost and photography cost as wedding gifts.

My sister owns a catering business and is only asking me to pay for the ingredients of the dishes. I also only have 80 guests.
