What's some non trashy bachelorette fun in Atlantic City?

I'm torn about what to do for my bachelorette party. I live in CT, very close to NYC, but wanted to go away for a weekend instead of just having an NYC night out. I have a bridesmaid in TX, one in Cali, but most likely neither of them can get away for another weekend (they're already traveling to my wedding), so I was thinking of doing it in Atlantic City to accomodate my NYC friends. I've heard that AC is a bit ...trashy and I'm a bit past my extreme partying days. Does anybody have any recommendations for what to do, where to eat, etc. in Atlantic City? Bachelorette party would be in late March/early April, so too cold to enjoy the beach....Or any other destination locations?

I grew up just outside of AC and no its not trashy. :-) I'd stay at the Tropicana French Quarter - the rooms were recently remodeled. And they have some great restaurants in the casino itself. While there there's an outlet mall a couple blocks away along with just walking the boardwalk and going in the little shops. All of the casinos have great shows and concerts - there's tons to do.
