I am curious what everyone thinks is the most important vendor or thing to have at the wedding?

side note, my wedding is in November 2020 any other brides In November and are you worried about the weather? My wedding is all outside.

1) an amazing photographer (with a 2nd shooter even if only for 1-2 hours if possible). Photos are the only memory left after your big day.

2) a back-up plan for bad weather.

Our number 1 was food. We wanted our guests to be fed and happy. Our cake was very important t my wife and we found something that made us both very happy.
Our number 2 was definitely the venue. We didn't want cookie cutter and the beach house we chose was perfect!!!
We chose an outdoor venue with indoor option that worked out so well. But we had a tent and a back-up plan since October is a tricky time weather-wise here. Always plan for the worst but hope for the best when it comes to weather.

My number one was food. Everyone has different desires in what they think is most important though.

As you can tell from the varied answers that you have already received, there is no one aspect that is so much more important than other parts of your wedding. It is totally dependant on where your priorities lie.
As you have mentioned that you are having an outdoor wedding, I assume that you have already booked your venue. What is it like?
When figuring out what is a priority for you and your SO, you should think about what you are most looking forward to about your day.
Are you excited about having a delicious meal? Then your caterer should be a priority for you.
Are you really looking forward to dancing all night? You should think about what musicians or DJ you would like to hire.
Can you not stop thinking about the beautiful photos you will get to remember your day? Then I would prioritize your photographer and/or videographer.
