What’s more economical?

Are wedding packages better than having everything separate (ie photography, caterers, decor vendors)
money wise what’s the best option? Also if you have any recommendations for Southern California venues that would be so helpful!!

My sister did all inclusive, but still had to provide her own DJ & photographer, wait maybe that's partially inclusive lol, anyway she got married at almansor court.
I'm have to bring in everything and when we talk cost it came out to be about the same.

One thing to consider is not just the money, but the amount of work to be done. When I started pricing things out, I realized that unless I paid even more for a coordinator I was going to stress out too much about the details. Most caterers here don’t include linens and china, so I’d have to have another vendor. Then there’s the florist and the centerpieces. What if the linen people run late and the florist can’t arrange the centerpieces? If the stuff has to be removed from the venue by the end of the night who but the vendor can’t pick up until Monday who packs them up? I don’t want my family to work. Too much for me!

Haven’t gotten married yet but my venue is Abbott Manor and it seems like a dream come true ordeal. Good reviews and I’m excited for my big day. They have a package that includes help a year before the wedding and photography. You do need to find a DJ, caterer, florist, cake, and decor. But they have recommendations and they can do it all if you ask. You’re allowed to bring your own booze and they provide bartenders and a bar. They also clean up for you. You designate a car and they will pack it all up for you. I’ve heard nothing but good things and can not wait to get married!!! 😆
