Your favorite Chinese restaurant as an example will put together large pans of various menu items that you order. They deliver them to your venue and set up over chafing dishes and burners. Guests can either serve themselves buffet style or you can hire staffing on thumbtack.com. That way your guests don’t work, they they can relax and you don’t need to worry about is the food safe? Is there enough of it? And so on.
