How exciting! congratulations, I know you have been going back and forth about trying before your wedding for awhile, so happy to hear it worked out

Nancy's idea is hysterical.... but what about having your daughter wear a t-shirt that reads 'future big sister'? I see those in stores all the time, in fact if FH and I ever getting around to having another bebe, I was thinking that is how I would tell our family...

I would not be able to keep it under wraps even for a week, if it were me... but I think it would be unforgettable if you could! Good Luck!

one of my friends told her hubby by giving him a CD of green day lullabyes. another did the A&W thing like the commercials.

i think telling him during your first dance would be sweet but be ready for others to know at that stage...i'm sure he won't be able to contain his excitement and might be hard to not share the news at that point.

Oh yes I would suprise him on your wedding date with the news since it is right around the corner! Not sure if you can keep it to yourself that long but that would be great to get photos of his reaction at the wedding.

A friend of mine took a bun and put it in the oven (ha ha) and then when he came home she asked him to get it out of the oven... it took him a minute but when he figured out "bun in the oven" it was great!

If you don't really want anyone else to know, I would just make a nice dinner and tell him. But then again when and if we ever get pregnant, I don't want people not even our parents till I get through the 1st trimester.

Congrats on the baby! No idea how to help you. My fiance was always sick with each of his kids' moms' (very long story!). So when we were talking about (no baby won't happen for a couple more years), he was joking around saying he'd be surprised if he didn't get sick with me if I was pregnant.

my FSIL found out because she crashed her Dirt bike out in CO, and they had to take a test before she could do x-rays. Maybe email him a picture if you can't wait of the test, with no subject, just the picture. (thats how they told my FIL's and Us ) See how long it takes him to figure it out
