If all else fails and a vendor arrives to a wedding to work and guests arent wearing masks, he or she can request that they do or he or she cannot provide the service. If they refuse then he or she can refuse to service tge wedding. Will it be unfortunate bc of the legalities/money? Yes, and there may be legal consequences, but it is still a choice. We all have a choice unlesd someone is physically keeping us from leaving. This is my opinion that I'm trting to communicate politely to you. Of course you and others may disagree with my opinion.
