What Website is easy and user friendly?

Megan, on October 29, 2020 at 2:30 PM Posted in Planning 0 11

Hello!

So I have been quickly testing a few different sites and still can’t come to the best user friendly site. ESPECIALLY without others other than me testing it first (aside from family).

Sites I have tried:

*Let me know what guests have thought of the site, as far as convenience.

*What you feel/felt as far as userbility creating the site.

*how you feel/felt connecting the guest list to the site was and ease of the guest list use.

- joy

-Zola

-wedding wire (Does not offer a convenient “things to to” tab)

-the knot

-someone recommended Wix (have not tried yet)

Withjoy and Wix are the most user friendly. Wix is good if you want to completely customize from scratch. But if you want everything done for you, Withjoy is the best bet.

Yea, I used Wix for my website and I was able to change so much that it barely even looks like the same template. Ridiculously customizable which was a HUGE must for me.

I used Zola! I didn’t really care too much about customizing my site, I just wanted to provide information, photos and have guest RSVP. It served its purpose for all of that lol. I like that whatever website layout you choose, you can also order matching save the dates, invitation and programs. The RSVP section was easy for my guest to us.
You can also set up your seating chart from your guest list.

I’m using the Knot as our website but the only thing I don’t like about them is there aren’t any forums like WW. It definitely keeps me on track though.

I used The Knot for my wedding website, and I had no complaints. Easy to use and did it's job.

Daughter was very happy with her website on The Knot. The RSVPs for both the wedding and a large welcome/rehearsal dinner, including menu selections, etc., were fully online and that worked perfectly on The Knot. She didn't care about a lot of customization, so she appreciated the available themes, the ease of uploading content & pictures, etc. We never heard guests had any issues. Everyone RSVP'd, so it must have been easy to find the website and navigate the functions.

If you're planning on doing online RSVPs, then I'd highly recommend using the Knot. Very easy to navigate, super easy to track the guest list, and lots of great features!

You can do online replies via rsvpify.com which has excellent reviews on the forums here if you do a search and can be embedded onto a wix.com site or use it as a stand alone.

I didn't feel that comfortable using WW (owned the same company as TheKnot) for the website based on the long list of glitches that show up on the forums with folks asking help to remedy them with the consensus response of "that's how the site works".

We used the Knot, as we found it easy to use, we liked the styles they offered, and it worked.

We used The Knot for our wedding website and have nothing but positive things to say. We were able to input our guest list and did online RSVP’s which was super easy and a cost saver. None of our guests (even the older ones) had any issues with it. I also loved that we could attach our entire registry all in one, convenient place. The things to do tab was also very nice since we got married out of town.

We are using Zola and it is SO user friendly. Before we had to postpone our first wedding, all our guests that used it commented on how easy it was. Customer Service is awesome, too. I wanted some pretty, but nothing I had to 'redesign.' Zola fit the bill.
