It's a restaurant. He can order a drink if he likes. This is not a reception folks. This is a after the courthouse wedding dinner. Again, if I should change my mind and have the intimate wedding/elopement in my backyard, I would have no problem doing that. Other than that, it does not make any sense to me.

ppl in attendance for CHW would be his 87 year old grandma (Does not drink)

    My sister (Does not drink)

    My Mom (Does not drink)

    His Mom (Does not drink)

His step Father (Does not drink)

His uncle (Drinks from time to time)

My 2 year old daughter (Clearly does not drink)

My best friend (Drinks but only during parties. She is not comfortable drinking and letting loose around them).

So, there you have it. Non drinkers as our guests.

OK well when you say you're not serving alcohol, you're going to get these responses.

Your honeymoon budget can really vary. FH I are spending about $4K on ours but you could easily spend $1000. I know outs not helpful but it really depends. I would opt for the courthouse and a restaurant. The best way to decide your budget will be to try asking some restaurants worn private rooms about pricing. I think you could host 15 people with a $5000 budget.

Yeah. I understand. I explained it earlier in the post that we are going to an elegant soul food buffet and that most of the guests do not drink. We will get doodoo faced on our honeymoon Smiley smile I definitely understand the alcohol part though. Just not in this particular case.... Smiley smile

Rachel...Oh yeah. It would be way less than 5,000 where I am. Wayyyyyyyy less. However, based on the amount of people and the fact the no one is drinking, we will just go out to eat dinner at a restaurant.
