What was your first stressful planning moment?

Oooh, that's a good one. I would say venue for sure, videographer, sticking to the budget, and a wedding coordinator that's affordable. I'm sure there's plenty more but I am trying to tackle these few first before I lose my mind😳.

Because we picked a date that was only 6 months away was booking places on short notice that and within our small budget.

The loss lf first venue, due to their screw up in scheduling.

My extremely small amount of family becoming smaller because my ‘insert nastiest expletive here’ of a cousin has changed her wedding date to directly compete with mine. After I refused to take the date she had at the original venue to NOT do that to her- she changes here’s well after I have set September 19,2020

Going wedding dress shopping with my mom. Oy, that was...not fun. I ended up buying it on my own!

It's a toss up between guest list and budget - honestly I think these go hand in hand. As the guest list increased, our budget kept getting tighter and tighter lol.

A close second was dress shopping.

Budget! No questions asked money has been the biggest stressor. After that is living up to everyones expectations. We're sadly in a lot of debt because we are trying to live up to all of that.

We were getting down to final day-of planning with the venue and my mom got really upset that the event coordinator forgot to change the time of wedding party photos even though I explicitly said I had confirmation that it was changed. She wouldn’t have it. So I started getting an anxiety attack because she wouldn’t take my answer as a confirmation just because she couldn’t see it in writing.

I know she’s just getting stressed about it too but that was the first time I felt it and it was totally unnecessary.

Finding the perfect person to ,marry us for being a gay marriage and our beliefs we both thought it would be hard as we went through a list of names.

The first was the venue and date...I really wanted a different venue, but the cost was out of our range unfortunately.

This past week, when we found out, 3 1/2 months before our wedding, that the priest at FH's church will not marry us, and we have to find a new venue.
We've had to put off ordering invitations, flowers, cake, transportation... because we have to scramble and find a new ceremony venue ASAP.

...I'm fairly angry, to say the least.

The cost for everything and how stressful planning is when you want everything to be exactly how you want it lol

This week...he can’t decide on his groomsman but wants an even number on each side (bridesmaids and groomsmen). Grrrr!!

All of it. Seriously. Everything about wedding planning stressed me out.

The wait. Also at first we got so much planning done that we were ahead and now it feels like we’re crunch time getting things done

Trying to find time for both of us to go look at venues. He was still working at his old job, & he worked until the last job was done pretty much. That's been the only stressful part, too.

Choosing the venue and whether or not we would stick with the original date we chose or change it so my cousin could be a part of the wedding. We ended up changing it to April 18th 2020.

The guest list was definitely the most stressful part so far because i have a huge family and had to cut some people from the guest list! One of my bridesmaid is also making planning hard.

I can actually say that we haven't had any YET. Me on the other hand i broke at flowers! Yes ladies flowers!
