What type of shoe to wear?

We’re getting married on 10-10-20 and we’re having a rustic theme wedding. The venue we booked is outdoors, so there will be lots of grass to walk on. We live in California, so October is still kind of warm during that time. I’m unsure of what kind of shoes to wear. I thought of wedges or even ankle boots but if it’s warm, I don’t want to end up with sweaty feet! Thoughts?

Hi Date twin! That sounds beautiful. Maybe cute Wedge heels or you can still wear regular heels and get those heel covers(they're a little weird , but works for some people) lol.

My sister in law got married last fall outdoors with a lot of grass and she wore block wedges with no issues. So I would say if you’re looking for some height you would be safe going that route. Myself, I am going with some sparkly silver flats since I have the same venue for my wedding in June. 😁

I'd go with a block heel or wedges. Block heels are "in" right now, which is fortunate because many wedding shoes with skinny heels are completely impractical for outdoor weddings. My ceremony is outside on grass and I will be wearing a short block heel.

Wedding date Twinsee here, we’re getting married in the Florida Keys on a beach, I’m currently leaning towards custom embroidered Chucks, I think you should pick what ever feels right for you
