In the process of trying to figure out jewelry and I’m not sure if I should do a drop necklace or drop earrings. If it helps, my hair will be up in a messy bun at the nape of my neck with some curls left out in the front

I love your dress and your curls! If your hair is going to be up, definitely some drop earrings. Then while wearing those and your dress, I would try out some necklaces, but you might not need a necklace at all with that beautiful neckline and belt.
