My dress front is exactly like yours but I have a key hole back. My wedding/reception is also outdoors. Im having cups sewed into my dress so I can go bra less. It will make it very comfortable and hopefully less sweating for my June wedding.

You could go with the sticky cups or just have cups sewn in so you don’t have to wear anything

I'd say try to get a built-in bra. My FSIL had her seamstress put hers in and she said it was very comfortable. For me, I'm doing a regular corset (which is oddly comfortable for me and doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything), and am wearing spanks to smooth everything out b/c my dress is a little more form-fitting. I got the most comfortable pair from Target for around $26.

I got a nice backless strapless plunge bra from target. super cheap too it was like $20. if the back is completely closed and you cant see anything theres tons of options for you!
