What to put in bridesmaid boxes?

Hey girls, I need some help on what to put in my "bridesmaid boxes." I've been getting ideas and inspiration from pinterest as well as the web, but I feel like I could be missing something.

I figured this is how I would officially ask my bridesmaids. I purchased some cute bridesmaid cards on etsy & I am giving each girl a monogramed make-up case & bridal party shirt. Did anyone else make bridesmaid boxes?

    I don't plan on giving my MOH anything until the wedding. I did send her a cute card to ask if she'd do the honors.

    I would wait to pick your BMs friendships can change between now and the time of your wedding, so I would hold off on monograming anything. I think the shirts and make up case is plenty for when you ask them.

    I included a "Will you be my Bridesmaid/Maid of Honor" sign, A contact sheet with all of the girls names, numbers and location (city and state), and a couple of sentences on why I love and chose each one, a compact mirror, and pearl earrings. I put all of it in a keepsake box. They LOVED it.

    Thanks, Lucky. You're right, but since I figured my maid of honor is my sister, and all four of my bridesmaids are my cousins, I could get some ideas. So, unless we stop talking then things could definitely change.

    I am including the nail polish color that i would like them to wear the day of and an idea sheet of their dresses and bouquets.
