So our venue has a preferred vendor list to go off of for catering. I have contacted all of them and none of them have gotten back to me. I know I sill have a ways out but I'm trying to get everything done early. I would prefer them to get back at me some time soon.

    Did you try to contact them on WeddingWire or directly? I found that some vendors don't check their messages on here, but they'll be receptive to phone calls and emails. It was also just the weekend, their busy time of the week, so they might get back to you today.

    Can you go during business hours to speak to them in person? Some vendors just do not respond. Been there.

    Directly they aren't on wedding wire. I contacted them all about two months ago.

    I live 4 hours away from where wedding is being held. So I can't as of now.

    Hmm. Do they answer phone calls? What are their google reviews like? Can you call the venue and talk to them about it?

    Surely they see these folks for weddings, so they can be like "yo, don't you want this bride's business?" How odd. Maybe they have an old phone number list or something. Definitely talk to the venue about it because I would be annoyed!

    Ahhhh then I would maybe call the venue and tell them they are not responding as she probably has a better form of contact that is not shared with the public.

    Have you called them or emailed them? I found doing both was more efficient for initial contact.
