What if you have each of your parents rest a hand on the inside of your elbows? I think that would look best. Something like this

You're giving me anxiety just from reading this, so deep breath - don't overthink it, like Jo said. I doubt you'll even be thinking about where your hand is when you walk down the aisle.

But I totally understand the feeling of awkward not knowing what to do with your hands lol. I feel like every time I have any professional pictures taken I turn into a spaz and don't know where my hands go.

If this helps you visualize, you could also hold your bouquet with both hands (see the picture @CMC shared) and then your mom and Dad will naturally mirror one another to link elbows with you or place their hands on your arm. Breathe! It will go by quickly and I doubt that you will even remember afterwards what you did or didn't do with your hands. You got this!
