What to do after hair/makeup trial?

Wow love the flowers! I was wondering the same thing. I think FH and I will go out to a nice dinner after I get my hair and makeup trial done.

Honestly after my hair trial I wanted to "test" the hairstyle. See how long it lasted or if I had any problems with it doing certain tasks so I went home and cleaned, took a walk (it was a drizzly windy day) went about my normal business, at the end of the day it still looked great and felt secure

Bridal session, perhaps?

On my HMU trial, I plan to have my dress already altered & since my has Mom passed, I plan on having one of my sisters take a pic of me sitting next to my Mom's old dresser & having her bridal pic sitting on top. Other than that, I like PP's suggestion of 'testing' it out for the day/how it holds up.

I have the same plan as ashley - because my wedding is a 2.5 hour drive and my H/MUA is another hour way, I'm looking forward to a long drive home so my plan is to see the livability and comfort of my hair and makeup through eating and bumpy roads and neck stretches - if it survives into the evening (appt is at 12, same time as scheduled H/MU for wedding so by 6pm, it'll be prime party time) I'll know whether it was worth it and I'll probably have a nice dinner with FH

Go walk around Walmart and be like ya I know I'm gorgeous!!

Lol I did the hair and makeup after work and then went home and crashes lol

Mine is going to be before my bridal shower/bachelorette party. Hopefully anyway, if she gets her schedule worked out so it works. I haven't got the final okay haha. I live six hours away so I try to hit multiple things when I'm back.

We did our engagement shoot on the same day as my trial

I did a makeup trial at Sephora which I hated and ended up taking off. I went to couple's conference that day. The 2nd time I did a Makeup trial was for my birthday so I wore it out to a fancy dinner in NYC. Yet I wasn't impressed with it. So Doing another for my graduation day. Lol. There's likely something to do. Also doesn't matter if someone sees you, the look isn't complete without the dress, accessories, veil, etc.

My trial is on a Thursday after work from 4:30 to 6:30. I will likely be doing absolutely nothing besides homework, randomly recalling I look pretty (if it turns out well) and grabbing my phone to take a shit ton of selfies before I sleep in it and look like hell in the morning.

I had my hair trial before my shower. I didn't really worry about anyone know how my hair would look for the wedding since we are going to tweak it and I didn't have my hair pins in or anything. After my makeup trial we went out for sushi

Dinner with my MOH and Mom, then I went home. FH saw me all dolled up - it wasn't a really a big deal to me.

I had another MUA from my stylist's team come out to my home to do my makeup for my shower.

My trial is scheduled for the morning of my bridal shower. I'm going to have my stylist to do my hair the way it will be for the wedding but then I will have her change it just a bit before I leave so it's not exact.

Ugh I was too eager to get mine done so I literally had zero plans lol we went out to a sports bar later in the evening. Boooorrrriiinnnggg

I didn't do anything fancy after my hair trial. I felt odd going out in public with a formal updo lol. I did have my makeup trial the morning of my shower though (hair and MUA were different people)

I am going to have our engagement pictures done on the day of my makeup trial. The hair is something I am okay with not showing off until the day of the wedding. I want to make sure the makeup lasts all day long!

I'm having my bachelorette that night. I love the idea of just having a "normal" day though, like @Ashley mentioned.

I am going to try to schedule it around a dress fitting if at all possible, a lot easier to do it that way during a weekday in my area. I think that will make it all real for me. If I do get the dress from the place I went to last week there is a cute tea shop across the street, If I do end up with the Demitrios dress then I will go to sushi rock.
